All my life I knew I wanted to take black & white photographs. I never took a
shot until my first visit to New Mexico in 1995.
From then until 2008 I shot with a variety of medium format cameras and
used a traditional darkroom.
In 2009 I started scanning my negatives and making digital prints. Now I use
a full frame sensor digital camera and convert the images to black & white.
For me, it's the light, texture and symmetry that make a
compelling image.
