About Bianca Härle
Bianca Härle is a native of Germany and moved to New Mexico in the mid
eighties to study Architecture at UNM. After graduating, she remained in
the Southwest because she realized that she had "hopelessly hardwired
her brain for the wide open spaces and the colors of the four corners".
She paints for the joy of observing and capturing the underlying feeling of
any object; its an exercise in being present (or being in no-time). Her
personal interpretation is always one of high contrast and bold color,
whether in a landscape, adobe architecture or still life.
Her interest in consciousness studies have recently taken her on a more
inward journey and she is currently preparing a body of work of the "inner
landscape", a series of abstracts that will be shown this spring. Her work
can be seen in her studio by appointment or at various shows throughout

activities. Bianca lives in Placitas with her partner Rob and their two cats.
She divides her time between her art and design career and finds most of
her inspirations in nature and the glimpses of "the field".
