Adrienne Kleiman - Biography
Adrienne Kleiman spent most of her life in Southern
California. She also spent most of her life in pursuit
of business and career goals. She obtained an MBA
from Pepperdine University, built and sold a
successful printing business, and enjoyed a fast-
paced career with a large corporation. She took a
break from the business world and spent some time
in New Mexico working in the art galleries of Santa
Fe. Though she returned to Southern California and
the corporate life, New Mexico was always on her mind.
Today, freed from the life of analysis, reports and meetings, she lives in
Placitas, New Mexico. Able to explore her interest in producing art, it wasn’t
long before she discovered that painting was her passion. Her well-rested
right brain was unleashed and she spent hours in her studio painting. When
she wasn’t painting she was reading about painting or attending workshops
and classes.
Adrienne works primarily in acrylics. Her style bridges Realism and
Impressionism where one often overshadows the other. She is inspired
greatly by the life, landscape and architecture of New Mexico. However, she
is most moved by color, light and shadow, shapes and imagination, giving
her unrestrained freedom in the subjects she chooses to paint.
Some of her paintings can be seen on her facebook page at

at her studio or e-mail to: ask.artworks@aol.com.
